Ms. Maisonrouge served on the board of Savelli, the first luxury smartphone handcrafted especially for women, which she co-founded, until the company was liquidated in 2018.
She was the lead independent director of the fashion house J. Mendel from 2010 until 2015, when the company was sold. For most of 2013, she accepted an interim executive role during an important management transition; as such, she has been one of the leaders of its internal restructuring and improved processes, accessories’ launch, opening of the new flagship store and negotiations with international partners to open additional doors.
In the not-for-profit sector, Ms. Maisonrouge has been an active board member of the National Dance Institute since 1991, Acton Against Hunger since the late 1990s, and Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club from 1993 to 2004, and again since 2008. She served as the Colbert Foundation’s President from 1998 to 2004, and co-founded the Luxury Education Foundation (LEF) in 2004 and has served as President since.
