Ms. Maisonrouge has been sitting on boards of directors since her twenties when she joined the board of family run Compagnie Française de la Mocupia. She understands the importance of good governance to ensure the success of any organization. Through her various board positions, she has been able to share her knowledge and skills in long term strategy, capital allocation, launching new initiatives and ensuring retention of talent. Most importantly, she understands that accountability requires an in-depth understanding of all aspects of an organization, and that, to attain long term growth and positive results, prioritization is indispensable, and alignment of management and shareholders essential.
